In this sweet baking class you will have the opportunity to practice your skills and learn new techniques to help you create beautiful sweet bakes at home or as gifts.  

The class will focus on festive tarts, Ciara's take on the classic Mont Blanc, chocolate truffles and biscotti.  By the end of the class you will have learnt various skills including how to make your own pastry, how to decorate your bakes and how to create some delicious edible gifts!
