Intro to Sourdough

Spend the day with Dara learning tips and practising techniques to make Real Bread at home. 

You will have the opportunity to make a few different types of sourdough breads

At the end of the day you will leave with all the breads you baked, confidence to bake at home as well as some of the tools to allow you to do this, including a dough scraper and banneton. You will also be given your own sourdough starter, instructions to manage it and get it ready to bake with at home!! 

Lunch is also included!

Spaces are extremely limited to allow us to provide a hands on, teaching experience.
