Spend the day with Dara learning tips and practising techniques to make Real Bread at home.
You will have the opportunity to make three different types of dough, working with a sourdough culture and preferments.
At the end of the day you will leave with all the breads you baked, confidence to bake at home. You will also be given your own sourdough starter, instructions to manage it and get it ready to bake with at home!!
Lunch is also included!

A guided foraging walk and nibbles at Watertop farm
A one day workshop with renowned wildlife artist Julian Friers. Learn techniques to create your own oil paintings with professional guidance. This unique workshop includes an Ursa Minor lunch, tea/coffee and all materials are supplied.
In this sweet baking class you will have the opportunity to practice your skills and learn new techniques to help you create beautiful sweet bakes at home. Ciara will lead you through various elements of classic patisserie and how these influence the Ursa Minor style bakes and you'll have a box of amazing treats to take home at the end!
